HEAD Architecture’s choice of marble table tops and a dark wood false ceiling suggests traditional Chinese building materials, while the interior circular windows evoke Chinese garden design. The cafe offers a deli, wine shop, bakery and dry goods retail in an elegant environment well-suited to China’s affluent middle class.
