    HEAD Architecture designed and updated 12 of Watson’s Wine Cellars’ Hong Kong and Macau locations, expanding the concept from retail to an experiential destination. Customers now can experience fine wine through teaching lounges, a humidity and temperature controlled fine wine room and a main retail area featuring automated wine pairing via barcode scanners.
